New Storage Paradigms to Tackle Exascale Challenges

Chaired by Philippe Deniel, chef du Laboratoire architecture du stockage et des systèmes, CEA DAM

The future arrival of exaflopic supercomputers rises several major challenges for the storage systems. If not dealt correctly, each of them may come to a blocked situation.

In this scope, it is required to rethink the mass storage systems for the HPC and propose solutions based on new paradigms.

This workshop will identify thoses challenges and expose several tracks to tackle these forthcoming technological challenges.
