Deep Learning by doing
Analysis et generation of images based on Deep Learning. Some use cases at Technicolor
Abstract : This presentation will show some real world Deep Learning use cases at Technicolor in different contexts from labs to studios. New specific challenges inherent to this technology will be discussed for each case. Examples will cover various sujects such as super-resolution, image analysis or 3D animation.

Biography : Louis Chevallier graduated from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées Engineer school and received a DEA in Artificial Intelligence in 1986. He served as a research assistant at the Irisa and joined THOMSON-CSF LER in Rennes in 1990 then Technicolor. Since 2011. He has been working on image processing within the Imaging Science Laboratory in Technicolor Research & Innovation Rennes with a particular focus on object detection, images processing, classification and understanding using deep learning. |
