TERATEC, LNE, and Thales are pleased to organise the fourth edition of the TQCI international seminar dedicated to quantum computing benchmarking.
This seminar will bring together researchers, industrial actors, technology providers, users, institutions and representatives of national and international benchmarking initiatives.
Building on the discussions and progress achieved during the previous editions, the seminar will examine how quantum computing benchmarking is evolving as the technology moves towards fault-tolerant quantum computing and becomes increasingly accessible to users. It will bring together system-level and application-level approaches, explore resource estimation as a bridge between them, address benchmarking evolutions as access to QC increases (users, needs, standardization, cross-platform comparison...), and investigate the role of industry, government, and non-governmental bodies of benchmarking quantum computers in policy making for acquisition.
The programme has been developed with the support of an international Programme Committee, bringing together experts from academia, industry, public institutions and the quantum ecosystem who are warmly thanked for their contributions, expertise and support in shaping this fourth edition of the TQCI seminar:
