The AQADOC consortium, with the support of the Île-de-France Region, organized its launch day. The AQADOC project aims to explore the advantages of algorithm parallelization, thereby enabling the scalability of quantum computing.
The project also seeks to tackle new challenges related to the energy transition, which conventional supercomputers are unable to address, by developing novel algorithms tailored to critical applications in the energy sector.
The scientific workshop began with a general overview of the project, followed by a series of presentations and technical workshops that will bring together experts, academics, and project partners.
The goal was to assess the current state of these technologies, explore the challenges encountered, and outline the next steps in the development of distributed quantum algorithms within the framework of the AQADOC project.
Organized in collaboration with WELINQ, EDF, and LE LAB QUANTIQUE
