In its quest for digital sovereignty, Europe has worked hard to impose new rules so as to no longer play by the rules of the Americans in particular. It has strengthened its legislative arsenal with the Digital Services Act (DSA), the Digital Markets Act (DMA), the Data Governance Act (DGA) and the Artificial Intelligence Act, which will come into force in 2023 and will have multiple impacts on IT departments. Not forgetting, of course, all the debates surrounding sovereign clouds and the strategic role that the ANSSI's SecNumCloud certification will play in 2023. 

This round table deal with the impact of European regulations and sovereignty constraints on the HPC sector (market closure, fines, etc.) and give some pointers to help manufacturers adapt and prepare themselves.
