Launched in May 2024 for a three-year duration under the Pack Quantique initiative funded by the Île-de-France Region, the AQADOC project aims to explore the potential andadvantages of distributed quantum computing. The goal is to accelerate scaling efforts and enable industries to fully harness the capabilities of quantum machines.

Initially focused on addressing the new challenges of energy transition, the project brings together a consortium of key players: Welinq, EDF, Pasqal, Quandela, GENCI, LIP6, Le Lab Quantique, and Teratec.

Following the success of the first workshop in October 2024 which gathered over 100 participants, this new edition of the Journée Scientifique will once again bring together leading experts to highlight the latest achievements of the AQADOC project.

This year's Journée Scientifique will conclude with a dynamic panel discussion, bringing together the morning's speakers, the AQADOC consortium, and the wider community interested in distributed quantum computing. You, as part of the audience, will be invited to share ideas and perspectives to help shape not only the AQADOC project but also the future of distributed quantum computing. Finally, our exchanges will be recorded and compiled into a report, which will be shared with all participants after the event.
